HEAH: Thoughtology for Change

THOUGHTOLOGY FOR CHANGE

Lead Facilitator: Sashine

At HEAH, we believe in lifelong growth - not just academic, but personal, emotional, and social. Our Thoughtology for Change strand is a dynamic programme for young people aged 16–25 who are ready to turn reflection into action.

Rooted in the principles of mindset, resilience, and community connection, this strand empowers participants to:

  • Develop self-awareness and emotional intelligence
  • Learn critical thinking and creative problem-solving
  • Support vulnerable groups through service-based learning
  • Share stories and inspire others through our HEAH Voices Podcast

Led by a dedicated Thoughtology Facilitator, participants will explore what it means to lead with compassion, contribute with confidence, and think beyond limitations.

Whether you’re a care-experienced young person, a school leaver, or someone re-engaging with education, Thoughtology for Change offers a fresh route to purpose, community, and progression.

Includes:

  • Weekly Thoughtology Sessions

  • Mentoring & Peer Coaching

  • Volunteering & Outreach Projects

  • Creative Media: Podcast, Zines, and Visual Storytelling

  • Optional AQA Unit Award Scheme Accreditation

Coming Autumn 2025:

The HEAH Voices Podcast – real stories from real young people creating real change.
