HEAH: Open Routes Learning Hub

Welcome to the HEAH: Open Routes for All Learners professional referral hub. This section is designed to support local authorities, social workers, schools, youth workers, and other professionals who work with children and young people aged 8–16 needing a flexible and trauma-informed alternative provision.

How to Refer


To refer a young person to HEAH: Open Routes, please email us directly at:

 hello@heah-openroutes.co.uk or alternatively, complete the referral form below.


Our team will review all referrals promptly and get back to you to discuss next steps.


Frequently Asked Questions


Who is eligible for referral?
Young people aged 8–16 in need of alternative provision within our 17-hour weekly offer.


What makes HEAH different?
We focus on trauma-informed, coaching-led, creative pathways that support holistic well-being and personalised learning.


Can families self-refer?
Currently, referrals are accepted through professional partners to ensure appropriate support.
