HEAH: Open Routes - Referral only provision
HEAH: Learning Hub is a flexible and responsive alternative education provision dedicated to supporting children and young people currently disengaged from mainstream schooling. Operating exclusively via professional referrals with schools, local authorities, Virtual Schools, and other professional services, as well as families acting under official arrangements.
Our mission is to provide bespoke, relationship-based learning solutions for learners who are excluded or at risk of exclusion, out of school due to medical, emotional, or behavioural needs, and seeking structured support, or awaiting new school placements.
We offer a diverse range of programmes including in-person (home, community, library-based) and online tuition, covering Functional Skills and other tailored learning. Our approach incorporates creative, therapeutic, and embodied learning sessions, alongside vital well-being and confidence-building interventions. Comprehensive assessment, progress tracking, and regular reporting ensure transparent and effective support.
At HEAH: Open Routes, we are driven by a trauma-informed and inclusive philosophy, believing every learner deserves the chance to thrive. Our flexible, high-quality provisions are designed to meet learners where they are, offering a vital alternative that truly works. As a Community Interest Company, we operate as a compliant alternative provision, not a registered independent school, providing part-time, personalised education through professional referrals only. Our pricing is custom-tailored to each unique programme, ensuring flexibility to align with the specific needs and budgets of our referring organisations.
